2015 was amazing, 2016 can you top that?!?? 

Always! However you may feel about the StarWars craze, there are several advice anyone could use in their everyday life. And it feels about time to share the highlights of what has been going on lately. Therefore, let’s look back on the last couple of weeks, it’s lessons and some Jedi learnings. 

Welcome to the beginning of a really cool day at Next:Organizing conference in Vienna. About 20 inspiring speakers and organizers, 120 participants and 1 very curious graphic recorder explored the future of organizing together: Why do we need a quantum leap in organizing ourselves? Which practices will help us to get there? And could Holacracy be the next practice supporting that shift?

The question how organizations will adapt to today’s multicomplex challenges, uncertainties and a fast evolving environment is a super interesting one to me. As the question how work itself will work during my lifespan and beyond. One possible answer could be Holacracy, a new way of structuring work that challenges organizational status quo.

Could it be that maybe, just maybe, you can stay on track or change directions to create whatever you want? Yes, you.
